Gary Mingus, President of GEM Search Group, has been in the insurance recruiting vertical since 1995.  His team is comprised of recruiters who have worked in the Insurance Industry, and trained in the staffing realm.  We provide permanent placement services exclusively to insurance entities: Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators, Independent Adjusting Firms, Agencies and Risk Management Cos.  With three offices, we service all 50 states.
